Policy
1. Sanitation & Hygiene Policy
- All tools are sterilized using medical-grade disinfectant or single-use disposables.
- Technicians must wash hands and sanitize their station between each client.
- Clients showing signs of infection (fungal, bacterial, or viral) may be refused service for health and safety.
2. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
- Appointments are recommended. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.
- Please arrive on time. Appointments are held for 15 minutes before being considered a no-show.
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-shows or late cancellations will result in loss of deposit.
3. Payment Policy
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
- All services are final. No refunds are issued after the service has been rendered.
- Tips are appreciated but not required.
- $30 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking; deposit is added to total service fee. Walk-ins are required to pay the $30 non-refundable deposit before any service begins.
4. Service Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied, please inform us before leaving. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any issues within 3 days of your service.
- Proof of original service (e.g., photos) may be required for corrections.
5. Children & Pets Policy
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- For safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed (except service animals).
6. Client Conduct Policy
- We maintain a respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free environment.
- Clients who act inappropriately or are disruptive may be asked to leave and may be banned from future visits.
- We reserve the right to refuse service.
- We reserve the right to terminate service before completion if the client has created an unsafe environment.
7. Employee Conduct & Confidentiality
- Staff will conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.
- Client records and preferences are confidential and used solely to improve your experience.
8. Health & Safety
- Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions before service.
- Our salon follows all local, state, and federal health regulations.
- We reserve the right to refuse, and/or discontinue, service if the client shows signs of infection.
